Sott 0.1.4.5 out!!!

Silence of the Terminals 0.1.4.5

Using the new TGE demo 1.4 Engine this release is a new graphic treat :-)... also:
New Mortar weapon (gernade launcher - select with key '8' and stand back!)
Weapon is dropped after death
Disc's are dropped after death(save it or steal it!)
Weapons no longer need to be reloaded on pick up
